Discount Tire

I needed new tires and a friend recommended Discount Tire. Had a great overall experience! Pricing was competitive, nice facility, and the service was top notch. I interacted with several different team members and each of them was courteous & professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

On a budget. Went to purchase 2 tires. Put new on front, best ones on the back. Replace old ones in 3 weeks. They put 4 new tires and charged me for 2. Said come back later, and pay for the other 2 when I'm able in 3 weeks! They didn't want me to drive on unsafe tires! Unbelievable!! You have a customer for life, and I'll be telling everyone about your great service. Above and beyond everyone else!

I’m pleased with my experience at discount tire. I had new wheels and tires delivered to the store. The install only took about 30 minutes. I wanted to keep the old wheels and tires and the staff went the extra mile to put them in bags to protect my vehicle interior which I really appreciate! Looking forward to getting some for my other car as well.

I am 82 and had my first time tire blow out yesterday. It was 90 degrees with a heat index of 102. I was in downtown Lincoln when it happened but luckily there was an open parking space ready for me. My daughter called around and talked to Discount Tire. They sent a very nice young man that dug my donut out of the trunk and changed my shredded tire. Today I went to Discount Tire and got all new tires. They did not try to sell me more expensive tires than I needed. The front counter gentleman and the tire changer person were amazing! Constantly checking on me and briefing me on their progress. I felt like they were keeping me up on a family member in surgery! My appointment was at 11:15 and I was on my way home at 12:15!! Price was way less than I expected. I am so happy I went there! I will never go to “the big box store” again!

I’m not usually someone who takes the time to leave reviews, but the team at this Discount Tire absolutely deserves it. From the moment I pulled in, the service was top-tier. I hadn’t even made it halfway to the door before an employee came out, greeted me by name, and took care of getting my vehicle checked in. That level of attentiveness immediately stood out. While I was in the waiting area, they kept me consistently updated on what they were finding with my tire. They were honest and transparent—letting me know my tires were in good shape, and also pointing out that my wiper blades were a bit worn. They explained the cost clearly, but there was zero pressure to purchase anything extra, which I really appreciated. Every single interaction I observed—both my own and with other customers—was professional, polite, and efficient. It’s rare to find a place where the entire team operates at such a high level. This is what exceptional customer service should look like. Highly recommend this location.
